Our team helps you choose. We look at your audience, your room size, your auctioneer's pacing, and your historic results to recommend the exact package mix that drives bids — usually 2-3 live auction lots and 4-6 silent auction tiers. There is no cost to reserve a single one.

Promote with Pro-Grade Assets

A full media kit per package — images, videos, scripts, QR-code posters, and silent-auction bid sheets.

We hand you a complete media kit the moment you reserve a package: high-resolution photography and video, ready-to-use social captions, event program copy, QR-code promotion posters, silent-auction bid sheets, and a sample auctioneer script your auctioneer can use if they want one. Your team never has to stitch together creative — it is ready the day you reserve.

Sell It Live, Silent, or Raffle

Live auction, silent auction, or raffle — every HGA package can sell to multiple winners on the same night, and none have blackout dates.

Run the package however fits your event. Live auction, silent auction, raffle, or Golden Ticket — they all work. If your auctioneer wants a script, we have one ready. When demand runs hot, you can sell the same package to multiple winning bidders, turning a single lot into multiple wins. And there is no cap on how many times you can sell a package — same night, next event, every year. Reserve it once and sell it again and again. Our fundraising specialist is on standby the night of the event in case you need to reset reserves on the fly.

Pay Only For What Sells

After the event, you pay the predetermined consignment cost only on packages that sold. Keep 100% above.

We send a single post-event invoice for the consignment cost on packages that sold. Everything above that cost is yours. Unsold packages cost you nothing — no fees, no shipping, no return charges.

We Handle Every Winning Bidder

From booking to on-trip support — we deliver every package directly to the winners.

Once your event is over, your job is done. Our travel team takes over: contacting winning bidders, locking dates, booking hotels and on-the-ground experiences, sending pre-trip welcome packets, and providing in-trip support. Your committee never has to coordinate a single trip. Donors have 2 years to book travel on all of our trips.

Common questions about the model

Consignment means we hold the inventory and you reserve packages at no cost. After your event, you pay the predetermined consignment cost only on packages that sold. If a package does not sell, you owe nothing — there are no reservation fees, return fees, or hidden costs.
